Important Hotel Information

Hotel is currently undergoing a redevelopment program/refurbishment in their guest room, meeting rooms and lobby area which all are located in the main building. Gardens and pool area will remain unaffected. The level of noise disturbance will be at an absolute minimum. Precautions have been taken to minimize the noise. A senior executive member of staff will be available 24 hours per day should any noise related complaints occur. There will be minimal inconvenience to guests.
Work activity will be confined to between 10:00am to 6:00pm daily and zero noise work on weekends.

The redevelopment programme is scheduled in Five Phases as follows:
1st Phase - Garden Cafe (Completed)
2nd Phase - Sigi's By The Sea (to be completed by June 2009)
3rd Phase - Guest room, reception area, lobby lounge & health club (to be completed by 1st half 2009)
4th Phase - Guest Rooms, Meeting and Function spaces and Cool Lounge (start from May - Dec 2009)
Last Phase - Reception and Porte Cochere (start from Sep - Dec 2009)

Room rate for 31Dec2009 nights is inclusive of the Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner of RM403.00nett x 2 adults. Children under 6 years of age will dine complimentary with a paying adult and 6-12 years of age will be charged 50% and have to paid directly to the hotel. The New Year Eve Dinner price is inclusive of dinner, entertainment, free flow of sparkling wine, standard alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages and a glass of champagne for the midnight toast.
