If you are someone who values nice amenities, helpful staff and a good night's sleep...DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel markets itself as a ""boutique"" hotel, but this is really just code for ""old"". The decor is old, things don't work, etc. And as for the customer service, forget about it. We went down with a noise complaint, just a simple request, and the employee (who actually turned out to be the Assistant Manager!) simply told me ""we tried telling them, they wouldn't listen"" (at 4:30 AM, mind you) and that they basically didn't care. Tried taking it up with the manager, and was completely ignored, still have yet to hear back. They don't seem to care much about their guests, or be willing to do anything beyond overcharging you, were not helpful, and will cause you a great deal of stress. Save yourself the headache, stay elsewhere.
