Our stay was excellent.Room was very clean. Staff did a great job keeping everything like you would want it to be. Breakfast had plenty of choices. All items were fresh. Plenty of parking and well lit.

What a nightmare with this dump!!! I ask for directions and had a wealth of issue too many to name!! Watch out who work there they will cancel your reservation leaving you stranded!!! The staff could care less about your well being!!! WATCH OUT IF YOU EVER THINK OF STAYING HERE!!!

Do not stay here. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE! We reserved two rooms and when we arrived our rooms weren't even near each other and the air didn't work. The pillows were stained so much and so dark you could see it through the pillow cases. We were moved to another room, again having air problems and then the tub didn't drain properly. After things were unpacked we were moved once again. Between the two of us, we were in a total of 6 rooms before we were able to actually get to bed. It was a disaster! Then the next morning, our daughter had strange bites on her that festered and were puss filled. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. After complaining to the manager, she apologized and stated she would issue a credit. However, it took several phone calls, several weeks and finally having a customer service rep from online travel website to call while I was on the other line to actually get the credit. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The front desk people were very unorganized and unprofessional. No AC in the hallways only in the room. Didn't look like or feel like a safe place to stay. Overall experience wasn't pleasant. More like a -1 star.
