I travel for work and stay in many hotels - this was, by far, the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was small and filthy. There was mildew or mold on the bathroom ceiling - not good for allergies! The "queen sized" beds they advertised were actually doubles and were completely uncomfortable. Called the front desk for more towels and shampoo on the first night and was told to "come and get them". When we asked at the front desk for more towels/shampoo the second night, we were told to go back to our room and they would be delivered. 45 min wait for a shower. Frustrating! The attached restaurant was ok - complimentary breakfast was decent with a few selections. The service was adequate given how busy the restaurant was with the amount of staff they had working. An offer of another coffee would have been nice - once our food was served our waiter disappeared. The restaurant decor was kind of like when you are hanging out a bar and then they turn on the lights. It was clean, but sketchy looking. Torn carpets everwhere. The pool and sauna area were clean and everything was functional. The pool was HEAVY with chlorine, but understandable given the amount of guests. No lifeguard on duty. The "exercise room" was laughable. One treadmill, one recumbant bike and one weight machine. Definitely not worth the cost of the room. Would have checked out immediately if not with a large group. I've stayed in WAY nicer hotels for much less money. Avoid if possible.

Got a room for a cheap price so I was a little scared of what the place is like, but the room was very good and I really liked the guy at the receptoin, he helped me out a lot with directions and adv ice. They had a business centre where I could check email and surf for free, this was great. Overall I would say this place was very good for the money even though it was not perfect

The lobby is very nice but once you open the doors to go to the rooms its so gross. the halways smell like damp mold and the rooms are dusty and the old. the bathroom was gross the wall around the tub was moldy also the shower was all cold water. We didn't enjoy aour stay here. also the girl on the front desk was useless with information she knew nothing about the town. I wouldn't reccommend this hotel to anyome.

I have stayed here a few times and it is my favorite place to stay when I have to go to the Toronto area. The rooms are clean and very quiet, and the staff are usually quite friendly which is somewhat unusual
