  I stayed at the Delta Kitchener-Waterloo and was amazed with the level of service my family and i recieved from the staff. Everyone we met was very friendly and accomodating. Our bed in the room was great, my kids didn't want to get out of bed! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Kitchener-Waterloo area

  Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, exercise room, pool and spa always welcome amenities and kept up well. The only complaint was the buffet breakfast, pricey and the eggs were like rubber. Eggs didn't seem REAL (their new motto). Other than the disappointing breakfast we were satisfied and would return.
