Went to Hilton Suites Toronto Markham Conference Center for a few days on a business trip. Service and Quality . The 'hotel' would not let me check in because it was 'too early'. After asking for nearby hotels to stay, they gave me wrong numbers of nearby hotels. 15 minutes later, another employee had allowed me to check in. Hotel Rooms: Rust Everywhere. You can tell the construction materials used are the cheapest ones available from the market. I'm not sure why this "hotel/conference center" is even called "Hilton"

The hotel is nice, all rooms being suites is a nice feature for the price. Its ridiculous that the hotel charges $ for self parking per night. This hotel is located in the suburb of Toronto, not in the city centre where you would expect to pay for parking because space is a premium downtown.... not here. For the fee, its not even a secure lot. Strange too that the swimming pool closes at 9pm on the weekend

My friend and I had a fabulous post-baby girl's night at Hilton Suites! The hotel has a great little cocktail bar, and we had a wonderful night and a yummy breakfast omelette the next day. It was just the break I needed, and I loved our corner suite. We will go there again for sure next year, as soon as our husbands let us out again!

The room had a nice view and the bathroom was quite luxurious, but the electronics all seemed fairly dated. One television in my room was from the 70's and the picture was off. The staff was helpful though. They were doing construction in the room next to mine during the day, so I inquired about the noise. They offered me a new room if it was distracting me for no upcharge. The sink also began to leak at one point and it took them a total of five minutes to send up a repairman and have the entire problem fixed.

The parking lot is a huge ground level open parking lot. It is actually a paid parking lot requiring the guests or banquet attendees to pay a small fee. However, there is one ticket dispenser, one very small, barely noticeable sign on a lamp post at one end of the driveway to indicate pay parking. The Hilton security guards issue $35 parking fines for the Town of Markham. This is absolutely unacceptble. Guests were never notified of the parking fee at check in.
