  Me and my family stayed overnight there for the weekend and we had a pleasant experience. The rates were great to not only fit into our budget, but we had extra spending money as well left over. The staff is friendly, the rooms were comfortable and safe, and it's in a great location. It's a five star hotel, but it's not suppose to be either. For $** some dollars a night! Give me a break you can not go wrong. If people think this hotel is bad I suggest they spend the hundred dollars a night elsewhere.

  My husband and I booked a stay and fly package through the hotel. We were put in a room on the first floor, and couldn't sleep because someone above us was walking around until at least 2 am. Also, the bathrooms are in poor condition and there was absolutely no hot water in the shower, no matter how hard we tried to get it. It was an awful stay.

  After arriving and checking into a second floor room (no elevators) I found no iron or ironing board. It seems they only have one and it was out. But, I could have it as soon as the other guest was done. It was 12 MN. What were they going to do? Wake me at 2 AM?? The blanquet on one bed had a hole in it from a cigarette burn - in a NON-SMOKING room! The shower was filthy with hair from the previous guest. The final insult was that I found my room uncleaned and not made up at 7:00 PM the next night. I packed my things and left even though the room was paid for through another night.

  Late arrival for a AM fiight . Our rooms were dirty and cold. Heat was off and windows were left open. I complained and was unable to receive any compensation for our miserable stay. Manager was rude and unapologetic. DO NOT STAY HERE.

  We also booked this hotel at the last minute to accomodate an early morning flight. It is being 'renovated' although I didn't see any improvements. We arrived late at night, in the middle of winter. We found the rooms are individually heated by old wall units. When we entered the room, our window was wide open. The temp in the room was the same as outside, 28 degrees. The front desk moved us to another room but it was the same thing. When we asked about moving again, we were told "all rooms are like this and it only takes a little bit to warm up the room." After 45 minutes, we called again to get more blankets since the room still wasn't warm. The staff member then gave us the manager's business card and assured us that this would be taken care of and she would vouch for all the misery. We slept in sweatshirts and coats. We called the manager today and she was a holy terror and would absolutely NOT help or refund any portion of our money since we stayed the night. (We didn't leave since it was so late and we were leaving for the airport at 3:30am.) Although I don't know what she thought we should do in the middle of the night in the dead of winter. The room was tolerable when we left but that didn't help us. NEVER GO HERE. NOT CLEAN AT ALL. HORRIBLE. BAD MANAGER.
