  Was given an unmade bed and non cleaned room. Changed room and given key that would not work. Jacuzzi was not working and made me ill. I complained and was told it was working. Checked on it and was still not working. Dishes in kitchenette were filthy. Very unfriendly cleaning staff.

  This was a mistake but we arrived after the 24 hr cancellation. the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. there were wires running across the room to outlets without covers. ...

  This was a mistake but we arrived after the 24 hr cancellation. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. There were wires running across the room to outlets without covers. There was a pile of dust behind the ice machine which had exposed wires. The doors from the hallways were held open with rocks. The pool looked dingy. The front desk didn't dare ask how our stay was which doesn't surprise me. All of the restaurants/shopping were far away (10km +) heading towards Parksville. There is no tourist activities. Check out other hotels near the Walmart or drive to Parksville/Qualicum Beach.
