04/16/2007Glitch checked us out everyday. woke up everyday by maid/staff since computer said we should not be there. even w/ do not disturb posted. sold room to others twice. ...
Glitch checked us out everyday. Woke up everyday by maid/staff since computer said we should not be there. Even w/ Do Not Disturb posted. Sold room to others twice. Upgraded rooms to adequate but need better systems and help.

I brought a senior group to the Best Western Heritage Inn to tour and to visit a lot of the local tourist attractions. This hotel is excellent. All rooms are brand new renovated with a beautful decor. They had a 24 hour restaurant with the most delicious food that one can be served. Everything was such a good value, and the staff was so friendly; they made me feel as if I was talking to family.

07/16/2006The hotel was in great need of updating. not much to do in this area. bathroom wasn't very clean. old t.v., microwave and fridge.
