The hotel room was kind of small but clean. It had a small fridge and coffee maker, but no microwave. I can't say much about the breakfast. Your typical continental. Nothing special. Pool was a nice size and Jaccuzzi okay. Overall Ii cant say I would go again. Probably try some other places.

i took my sister and my nephew to pigeon forge not too long ago (both are just visiting in TN). we opted to stay here cuz its close to dollywood/pigeon forge. 1st of all the room was smelly. i thought it was a non-smoking facility. it smells like cigarettes the whole time even after spraying our cologne and lighting up a vanilla flavored candle. the bed was very uncomfortable. after long hours of driving i would say i didnt had any good rest cuz of the bed. the pillows, there were only 1 pillow for the 3 of us. u can request though but u have to go down and get the pillow yourself to the front desk. the carpet, i didnt even walk on barefoot on the floor cuz the carpet looks dirty and smelly. overall, if u wanna stay close to pigeon forge area it is close to dollywood but there are many other better hotels in that area for sure. and if you want to stay close near the gatlinburg strip u better book a hotel near that area cuz parking space is costly. i cant believe that dolly parton would make this hotel a partner of her dollywood theme park vacation package.

not as nice as other country inn and suits ,rented one of the penthouse suits and the wallpaper border was coming off the wall , the frig and microwave is in the living room with no counter . no desk . coffee maker in the bathroom . no way to adjust ceiling fan speed . light bulbs out and room not dusted well. room is o.k. but don't expect to much.

We stayed in a beautiful king/jucuzzi room. The room was clean and the jacuzzi was a welcomed treat after a long day of shopping. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice, but we couldn't stay long. We have 3 kids under 3. We tried to swim with two of them. Children were jumping into the pool (no diving rule was not enforced) right next to my 2 and 1 yr olds and were scaring them. They also kept jumping in and splashing water very close to my newborn. My husband had to move him. That isn't the staffs fault, tho the no diving rule could be enforced more. Overall, we absolutely LOVED our stay and would definitly stay again :)

02/28/2008Rooms not clean (bring your own supplies)...front desk (night clerk), not very friendly, wanted to jump in the hot tub for a couple of minutes...denied, or 'encouraged' not ...
Rooms not clean (bring your own supplies)...front desk (night clerk), not very friendly, wanted to jump in the hot tub for a couple of minutes...denied, or 'encouraged' not to, since it was too close to midnight (that's when it closes), but could never even 'see' the water of the pool any other time...way too crowded...breakfast was/is a joke...better get there fast, no pastries, just hardboiled eggs and waffles that destroyed themselves, since no anti-stick spray was provided, so no one got any...or just crumbs...got up and went down the street to Flapjacks and ate breakfast...will not stay again!!!
