The staff at the Ames Hotel (and at the accompanying restaurant, Woodward) are amazing. They have been great to me and my family, making sure we felt at home. The location is amazing, so many stores, restaurants, and historic sites are in walking distance. It's also near multiple T-stations for getting around Boston.
