Stayed at the Aria for 3 nights in mid-May. Their fully accessible Contour Suite made for an extraordinarily easy vacation. The ceiling track/lift was easy to use and cut the time and expense of renting a patient lift. The bathroom was bigger than my bedroom at home, complete with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Loved the individual room temperature control and empty mini-fridge that MAKES ICE. The bed was ridiculous; don't lay down until you NEED to because you won't want to get back up -- it's like sleeping on clouds. The staff is abundant and very friendly -- thanks to our "bell-hop" Mike and the valet attendant Nicholas for great service. I will definitely be back and stay longer next time.

the check in to the hotel is a little slow but once you get up to your room it is gorgeous. very appealing and nice looking. everything is geared for your comfort, so there is a remote control for the entire room. and a feature i liked the most, was a button you push that says goodnight and then the curtains close, the lights go off and the tv goes off and the room is darkened so that you can go right to sleep.

I was so excited to be staying at the Aria and a lot of people have said good reviews about it. I was initially impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the environment being smoke free. We loved the room and its high tech and modern features. My friends and I were like little kids playing with the remote and trying to figure out how everything works. Imagine my disappointment the next day when we came back from a day of exploring the strip to find our room not cleaned. No one had informed us that we had to request for service either thru the phone or hitting the service button on the door. The front desk lady told me this when I complained and she just took it matter of fact like this was a common occurrence. BTW, a housekeeeping person knocked on our day while we were getting ready and we aksed him to come back after a few minutes. He never did! I was not happy that for the money I paid, I had to deal with an unmade bed and dirty bathroom! I get better service at a cheap motel by comparison! Our woes did not end there....the following day, we made sure we requested for service and the light was green per the instruction. We were out most of the day and to our horror when we came back, our room was indeed clean but the housekeeeper left a dirty rag and a broom in the room! Talk about being sloppy and to think that he probably did not do a room check before leaving that he probably did a rush job in our room. I was embarrased because I had asked my friends to stay with me and one friend was in Vegas for the first time. We went to complain to the front desk and were given a food and drink credit with the instructions that we can use it anywhere in the hotel. We decided to use it for breakfast the next day. We went to the patisserie to use it before we left the hotel. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, the cashier told us we could not use the voucher since we have already checked out of our room! I was so disappointed that we were not informed about the limitations of the room credit or voucher. So, it goes with out saying that we will never come back to this hotel again!
