- A 25 daily resort fee plus tax is payable directly to the property upon checking in. The resort fee includes Internet Access (in-room and campus wide at City Center), Free in-room local and toll free calls, Access to ARIA Fitness Center (does not include wet areas), Daily newspaper and Free Airline Boarding Pass Printing.
- Pool open year round-current hours are 9am to 4pm. 'Liquid' at ARIAS-TBA.

Overall the hotel is good in every aspect EXCEPT one pit boss in the card game table is making her own decision even it is not right This is in the Pai-gao table. This is what happen, I won because the dealer splitted her 2 queens instead of a pair, meaning she don't have any nothing and nothing. The dealer already open our cards but the pit boss came and change the way it was set up into a pair of queen in the 2nd set, 5 cards. She said its a house ways. To be specific the pit boss is an asian petite lady at night and the dealer's name is Aster

I ENJOYED MY STAY, BUT WAS TAKEN BY SURPRISE OF THE ADDITION HOTEL'S FEES AT CHECKOUT. NOTICE SHOULD BE GIVEN DURING BOOKING OF ADDITION CHARGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED. (HOTEL RESORT FEE + RESORT TAX#. #25.00 A DAY + 3.00).

The check in was a disaster. We had to wait over 5 hours to check in. We arrived to the hotel at around 11AM we knew that the check in was originally at 3PM but we thought we were able to check in if an immediate room was available. We were told to come back at 1PM to check back but the system was down and they told us to come back again at 3PM. By 3PM the line was so long that we had to wait at least 2 hours to get to the front desk. Finally we were able to check in a 5 PM. Wasted the whole day to check in. Terrible.

Hotel was very modern. Room & Pool were great. Took over 2 hours to get checked in. They did not offer any kind of comp for our time. Minimum bets on all the tables were high so we gambled at a different casino.
