Arriving at this hotel is somewhat off-putting as some of the surrounding neighborhood is undergoing revitalization. Nevertheless, I had selected this hotel partly because of its location, and I walked to many places from there and felt as safe and secure as one would feel anywhere in a large U.S. urban area. The hotel itself is in fine shape, beautifully maintained, and my room was exceptionally large. All in all, an excellent value and I will not hesitate to stay there again when I'm next in that area.

This is a boutique hotel less than two blocks from the Convention Center. I paid less than what I would have paid at the conference hotel nearby and got a much better room: a full suite, separate bedroom and kitchen ... not to mention a free breakfast. Wireless Internet didn't work at first - when I called the front desk, they sent someone up with a wireless hub just for me!

I was truly surprised at the comfort and luxury of this hotel. It is not surrounded by the best looking buildings, but it is close to the convention center and was a good value for the the money.

The hotel was gorgeous-the hotel room was elite-very clean-staff was very nice and helpful-full kitchen which we did not use-awesome bathroom but a bit small-soft bedding and no tv in the bedroom only in the living room which was a real nice flat screen would have been nice to have a flat screen in the bedroom too. The breakfast in the lobby was not great-full of pastries, some fruit, coffee and juice that was it. Need improvement there Also you pay to park your car and that must be the new charge pay to park your car in the hotel you stay in-(Boston was the same way)- in a fenced in lot which wasn't great its shared with an apartment building and it wasn't cheap-$* bucks a nite-the lot is very small also. Great location to walk alot of places so that was good. I recommend doing the double decker tour bus. You can get off and on at different spots. I don't know if I will make it to DC again but if I do I would stay again at this hotel.
