Stayed there for a meeting, and left my ipad charger in the room, but could not locate it within 1 hour after check-out. Talked to the front desk twice and was promised to call me back but never returned the call. Disappointed...Wont's stay again.

Beautiful room, luxurious. Great location at the tip of the North End. Very helpful front-desk staff. If you're arriving at Logan airport, call the water taxi -- it's a fun ride and takes you directly to the hotel.

I was in Boston over the 4th of July holiday weekend and stayed at the Fairmont Battery Wharf Hotel. I was undecided whether to stay here or at the Longwharf Marriott, where I had stayed in the past, but because the rate was better at the Fairmont, I took a chance and stayed there. A great choice! This is a brand new, beautiful hotel, right on Boston harbor. It's within walking distance of all the great italian restaurants in the North End, and also within walking distance to most other attractions in the downtown area, if you don't mind a little extra walking. We attended a Red Sox game at Fenway and took the T from the hotel (a short walk away) and back. The room we stayed in at this hotel was modern, quiet, and quite large by hotel standards. The hotel consists of two bulidings....each 6 floors, but the top four floors in each building are condos. Very high end condos!!! So if you stay in the hotel, your room will be on the first or second floor. Not a problem though, as I said, the area here is very quiet. The staff was very friendly. There is a very nice gym here and they don't charge you extra to use it like at some hotels. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Boston.

I do not normally write reviews on places I have visited, but this hotel warrants a review. The room and staff were amazing. The price is well worth the experience. The room was was equipped with all the modern technologies and was easy to figure out. The bathroom, which besides the bed is the most important part, was made for those of us who love to savor in luxury. The staff and service was remarkable. The restaurant had an outstanding menu. Everything was clean, tidy and well kept The experience overall was phenomenal and I will stay there again.
