After reading many negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised! If I had to pick something negative...I would say that the food is fair at best, but that's being very picky, and the kids had no complaints! We traveled with kids, ages 2-17 (6 kids) and everybody had a nice time. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the activities for all ages were plentiful! Kudos to the lifeguards who never took their eyes off the people in the pool!! If you're looking for 5-star luxury accommodations, look elsewhere. If you can't handle the chaos of kids having a blast, look elsewhere. If you're looking for top-notch dining, look elsewhere...but if you're looking to give your kids a vacation they will remember for years to come, take them here!

This was very close to Disney. It was a great place to stay. The kids must be over 40" to ride the big water slides but did have smaller slides for toddlers. Our 2 sons of 3&4 loved it. It also had a little miniature golf course which was fun. The character breakfast we went to was awesome. The food was good and we met 4 different characters while there. Spongebob & Pablo were there(our sons favorites). I was a little disappointed that we had to upgrade to get the room with thought we had when we booked($*/night) and then we could not see anyithing but the back of a building. There is also a resort fee of $* for the two nights we had to pay. So we had a surprise of $* when we checked in. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Security is a good thing in most cases but hotel requires you to wear a wrist band at all times and charges a fee to replace the ONE they provide you, reguardless of length of stay. Outside access to rooms on all floors in a 5 story hotel that caters to CHILDREN, was a little strange especially considering the railing was only waist high with gaps between rails. Breakfast buffet was rediculously expensive considering many hotels offer similar selections as a free continental breakfast (Went less than a mile down the road and paid less than a third the price and a real buffet), and the suite rooms were pretty small . There was no door on kids room either. Might be a pretty good hotel room for a family with children above the age of 5 but seemed a little unsafe for children below that age. Lastly, make sure to read fine print when prepaying room, I missed there would be a resort tax fee paid @ check in.

If you have kids this is the hotel for you! Lots of fun activities for kids. The waterpark alone will keep them entertained with poolside shows. The breakfast with characters is great and the bfast buffet has a variety of choices it's worth your money. There's a $* per day resort charge on top of what you already paid for. And you have to schedule your day around thebus service. The rooms are clean. But you can tell that it was an old hotel and was just refurbished. The bathroom is cramped and old and the rooms looked bigger on the website.if you have kids it's great but there are a lot of nicer hotels around the area for the same price if you don't.

The hotel was a great value. Our visit was in March so it was not too packed, but i'm sure we did hit the spring break family time.We stayed in a suite with separate bedroom area and kitchenette. There is plenty of entertainment and schedules for kids and parents. We stayed there because of the good price and location near Disney. We don't have kids but I have recommended the hotel to my family with children. I don't think the kids would mind missing Mickey when they have such a large, heated pool area, and many Nickelodeon characters walking around. There is also a small food court, convenient store, arcade, and nickelodeon store. Since we don't have children we were a little out of place in the pool area. But it's great for families, I however would stay at another hotel, since I have no children, but for the right price, would stay there again.
