- Encore at Wynn Las Vegas charges a daily 25.00USD resort fee plus tax, which is paid directly to the property. The RESORT CREDIT included with your offer is valid toward items charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore during your stay excluding room rate, room tax, resort fee, retail items, casino play, gratuities, Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub. The RESORTCREDIT will not show on your guest folio, but rather be automatically applied.
- Guests must be 21 years of age to check in and this hotel requires a 150.00USD per night deposit upon check-in for incidentals, which will be released at the time of check-out.

Several complaints to Encore/Wynn: 1. Your hotel adds sneaky charges like the $25 "resort" fee. This is nothing more than a sneaky way of increasing your room rate and not reporting it before hand. A very sneaky practice. We picked Oncore because this fee was not advertised at the time of purchase. If it was, and I don't believe it was, it would also have been in a deceptive manor, in the fine print that no one reads. Your "customer service" manager and staff seemed unconcerned with our complaint and refused to not charge us for something we had no intention of using. This set the stage of our trip and stay there, and it was not good. We spend a couple of thousand dollars during our stay, and guess what? We made sure that none of it was spent at your restaurants or casinos. So basically, your $25 fee cost you thousands and very bad advertising. 2. Your business center was closed. We had to go to the Wynn business center. I had an extremely important international DHL package for pickup and delivery to Singapore. This was all arranged and really had nothing to do with your hotel, other than to hold it for an hour while DHL came and picked it up. We spent probably half an hour in the business center while the person behind the counter figured out what to do. They had no clue and wasted our time in the process. They still would not hold it for DHL...claiming that DHL may not even come. All they had to do was to hold on to it for an hour. They would not listen. We ended up going somewhere else to have it picked up. 3. Your checkout procedure would have taken half an hour, AT LEAST, to go through. We just wanted to change the credit card that was on file. We could not wait this long to leave and still make our plane. Your staff could not accommodate a fast checkout....nor was one offered. Our stay was in general a nightmare with Oncore/Wynn. Outside of your properties, was like total night and day. The other casinos actually were competent and we felt like they actually wanted our money. So, that's where it went, offsite.

We have been coming to Las Vegas for years and have tested out hotels up and down the strip. After our first visit to the Encore a year ago we were hooked. No need to try any more hotels. We came back this year and will again. The pool was great - we got a cabana this year, and the spa is outstanding. The Encore does such a great job of airing out the casino that I actually thought for awhile it was a smoke-free zone. Thank you for that!

We loved the Encore! Beds we wanted to live in! Lots of space to spread out in with a sectional couch in the corner! Loved the remote control for the drapes. Our view of the strip was the best I ever had in Vegas. We were upgraded for free to the 32nd floor & enjoyed the sunset and the lights of the city at night. The best nightclubs (XS & Tryst) & restaurants (SW Steakhouse with the Lake of Dreams light/sound show on the water) were all there, so we didn't even have to go outside to deal with walking, taxis, weather, etc! Even ate a late-night bfast at Strata at 4AM. Yum. The gardens were gorgeous. The casino was clean and smoke-free. The check-in was quick. The pool(s) were gorgeous. I lost a jacket, and the security people were friendly and very helpful. The phone was always answered immediately at the front desk. The rooms were very quiet - no noise from next door or the nightclubs, like other hotels. Will stay there again.
