The waterpark would have been nice, but it is too expensive, and they never seem to have any tickets left, even if you are staying at the hotel. They should allow the hotel guests, kids, to go to the waterpark instead of allowing just anybody off the street.

This hotel made me feel like I should have stayed home.
04/29/2012Upon checking in we were given a room much to our surprise it had cockroach in our room .i was very upset that such a hotel with the radisson name ...
Upon checking in we were given a room much to our surprise it had COCKROACH in our room .I was very upset that such a hotel with the Radisson name did not live up to it's standards. We were then upgraded to a second room, we were in the room long enough to drop off our suitcase and we went back to our car to retrieve our other suitcases when we tried our keys they did not work. Called the front desk about trying to get in our room again to our surprise to find out that our room had already been issued out to someone else and our suitcases were still in the room. We had to move again for the third time. It took the manager one hour from the time we checked in to get things corrected. This hotel needs major renovation and does not supply a phone book. We had to drive around to find a restaurant to eat at. (DO NOT STAY HERE) We were suppose to be on vacation it turned out to be a nightmare.

This hotel is in dire need of renovation. The carpets are worn and fraying, and the furniture in the lobby has tears and is worn and shabby. In the rooms there are sleep number beds, which I dislike, but the service was friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay. We did not use the pool, but the Water Park, my grandchildren tell me, is very good. The wifi is free but very slow. Wired connections are much faster.
