Great place! The ambiance is modern and yet also warm. The rooms are great - little extras like open concept slate showers and robes give them a bit of luxury. It was very quiet. A nice continental breakfast is included, with a great eating space next to the hotel's trendy restaurant. The staff was friendly. My only complaints were that the alarm clock didn't work, and room service didn't get to my room until 5:00 p.m. one day, when I had already returned for the evening.

Although the hotel was elegant, was not for kids. very nice, clean, good drinks and food. Not many channels on tv offered. Definitely not a kid atmosphere. Location was good. Close to downtown, mall across the st, an I-hop close by. Everything within walkn distance. Parkn lot right next door, very convinient. The price was a little high but other than that, it was good for a couples get-a-way. Would go back again.

The O Hotel is a secret gem. Bar Kitchen has exceptional food and drinks. The fireplace in the lobby bar is modern, cozy and welcoming. The rooms, unfortunately, didn't have great views but they were clean, stylish and my bed was extremely comfortable. The O Hotel is also walking distance from my favorite DTLA spots Seven Grand, Bottega Louie & the Standard. The spot is great for singles or couples.

I was so excited when i walked into the lobby of this hotel - not knowing what i had booked online exactly. The place has some a really nice design to it - interesting modern touches but plush enough to also be really comfortable. It seems pretty newish, so no grubby feel, which makes it a total bargain for the price. If i travel to the area again, i'll look forward to staying at the O hotel. - Diane Belmont, CA

great design. but the suites are way to small. hard beds. i think it would be a nice "motel" but no so much as a hotel. the staff however is very very friendly receptive and attentive. for the options the hotel offers. the price is over priced.
