My "asian" Wife felt unwelcome as she tried to check in. Receptionist refuse to work with her even though she had reservation/cash in hand. Took 30 minutes of debating and explaining this room was for my Daughter Inlaw whom happen to be in the car with infant. Daughter with infant went in to see what was the delay. Upon seeing my daughter inlaw, the desk reseptionist register my Daughter inlaw, but still did not recognize or speak to my wife. I made this reservation for my daughter inlaw and infant but she was preoccupy so my wife tried to get the room for her and she had the cash in hand. Wife is Asian, daughter is 100% white from Ohio. Wife felt discriminated. Daughter agree

I was staying due to location for a vet conference...I would rather stay in a tent! The hotel was recently closed for renovation and should not have reopened because nothing is renovated. It is like a ghost town, none of the restaurants were open or gift shop, business center has no computers or machines, the hotel rooms do not get CBS (so no football playoffs), NONE of the ice machines work, the water ran brown initially in my room and no "Do not disturb" sign provided, no restaurant/entertainment guides in room, electrical outlet broken, drawer handle broken, stains on curtain, sliding door handle/lock borderline broken, no blanket in room, complementary breakfast was aweful (bagels were stale) and the milk was SPOILED, the same cup with rotting ?coffee? was in the fitness center for 5 days and the water cooler was empty, and when I went to checkout there was NO ONE at the front desk working.

It seemed to me that the room hadn't been occupied for a long time. There're a lot of ants in the room. I have my personal items missing in the room. However, the hotel claims to have no responsibility on my missing items. The housekeeping sometimes didn't clean the room.

Great location, Nice Hotel
12/30/2011I needed a place on short notice and this hotel accommodated my needs. friendly staff, nice sized room. although the property is visibly older, it was still an enjoyable stay.
