The Intercontinental Hotel was a lavish and accommodating hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with tourist ideas, walking maps, and how to use the train system. I have told all of my friends about my wonderful vacation and recommend Boston as a great place to escape!

We were pleasantly suprised considering this was a mystery room purchase. The accomadations were first class all the way from valet parking to restaraunt service and front desk service. The minute we arrived we were treated like royalty. You cannot beat the modern facilty in the perfect location at the right price.

Everything was first class: Room, service, location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. We travel quite a bit and are picky (most of the reviews I write are lukewarm at best), but this was a great hotel at a great price.

I had never been to Boston before, but needed to travel there for business. This hotel was most conveniently located for my business meeting. The fitness center was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and accommodating. The staff was friendly and I had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel, especially for a business traveler.
