You have to walk about a half mile o get to the heart of downtown, but this was not a problem for us because we love to walk. Boston is a very walkable city! We probably clocked in 10 miles. We did not have to rent a car which saved us from traffic, parking and the expense of renting. A big plus. A free ride from Logan airport to the hotel on the silver line was a nice surprise.

I thought when the hotel was listed as waterfront that it was near the aquarium, and the other attractions in that area of the city. I was incorrect. While I should have more thoroughly checked the address to determine the location, to state waterfront may be a bit misleading.

They were hosting a major real estate conference when we were there. Nice hotel, good location near waterfront. Easy access to downtown Boston and North End, as well as Logan. Con: no free internet in the room.

The hotel is located South of South Station....so it was a 15 minute walk to the town and waterfront (which we had beautiful views of!) And you can take the T anywhere, it is very easy. Really enjoyed Hardvard. The only drawback is the prices of the Starbucks! They really got ya there. We did not eat at their restaurants as they closed so early. Enjoy!
