The staff was so accommodating, and helpful, and genuinely interested in if we were having a good time. The hotel was a short walk across A1A to a very nice beach, towels provided by the hotel. There is an additional fee to rent umbrella's & chairs, and Gino was very helpful. Georgio helped us with finding a vegetarian restaurant, the hotel held our luggage after we checked out until we had to leave, and there is Starbucks in the lobby. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom with it's jacuzzi tub, and separate shower stall was very comfortable for two people. The pool is on the 6th floor, with hot tubs, chaise lounge, free towels, and the staff was great! We can't wait to go back next winter.

This hotel has great location. Outstanding service staff and hotel room is very clean and well maintained. However restaurants are expensive, neither to say if you plan to have breakfast. Walk a couple of blocks north and you will get a better deal. Same complaint about the valet parking, charging +33 USD per night. Still I do recommend the hotel.

This was our second stay at the Hilton. Great location. An easy walk to restaurants. We like the fact that all the rooms have a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The balcony is a must. The pool deck, overlooking the ocean is great. The only con is the steep daily cost of parking your vehicle

The hotel staff made our stay! We stayed in an Oceanview suite that had a small kitchenette. The kitchen was not stock but upon our request for the items the hotel housekeeping staff provided all our requests quickly and even stocked the kitchen for us. The service was amazing and I have traveled enough to recognize good service.
