Location was quiet enough for me to stay comfortably (In this trip I would liked to stay calm rather than playing around). Also, staff gave me the quick response to my additional requirement, such as the booking of optional tour, etc. This time I have chosen the room with reasonable price. Therefore the room, and also bed was not so big. But, I like it. For me, the bed with soft cussion is no good (I hurt my back). The bed in the hotel was, confortable for me also.

The buildings which comprised the hotel (3) were artfully joined and tastefully decorated, making use of as much natural light as possible. An added bonus was the new museum next door, which was an archeological dig undertaken when the hotel was under reconstruction in 2001 or 2002. The ruin is under parts of the hotel and has been preserved and opened to the public.
Our room was on the small size, but very comfortable and always clean. The bed was quite comfy, plenty of heat available and good windows for ventilation.
The restaurant in the hotel was a gem. The dinner menu was creative and the food tasty.
The location of this hotel was perfect for us.It is in the old part of Reykjevik, what is thought to be the old town center. Many historical sites were within walking distance, as was the harbor.
