This hotel was in a great location in reference to bus/train locations and many attractions in the city. The staff was very helpful with directions and other items as they arose. Wold defintely stay here again.

Having lived in Chicago for a few years, I know where I want to stay when I have certain plans. Stayed here for a wedding a few blocks away at a different hotel, and it was perfect. Above a Trader Joe's with mini fridges and microwave in the room... perfect for not wanting to eat at restaurants all the time during the stay. Staff extremely friendly and helpful!

Our stay was very good. The room was comfortable and nice. The staff are all wonderful. The treated us like family. It doesn't matter if it's the doorman, housekeeping staff, or front desk workers. They make you feel welcome. It is close to everything. I have stayed at this hotel several times and I will stay there again next time I go to Chicago.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We didn't get to spend too much time there but it was nice. We had an extra comfortable room and they forgot to have our robes in the room, but once i told them, they corrected it quickly. The bed and blankets were very comfy! We will be staying here again on our next visit to Chicago, great weekend away!
