This hotel is off the beaten path but close enough to walk to Fanuiel Hall and lots of bars and restaurants. The staff was very cordial and helpful. I was however VERY unhappy with my room service breakfast. Cole coffee, bad food, toasted english muffin- wasn't...etc. Wasn't up for complaining or sending it back.

Although we did not travel with our fur-kids this time, B-Town and Omni are pet friendly. We stayed for a week around St. Patrick's Day. We arrived well before the rush. Since we were staying for so long we requested a larger room - they were not at all accommodating. So that was sortof a bummer. Overall, a nice boutique hotel, close to the T and several tourist attractions. Would stay again.
