My boyfriend and I stayed in the OMNI and had a great time. We stayed on the 21st floor and had a great view. The only negative I have to mention would be the bathroom door. It was a sliding door and it intentionally didn't close. I think it was supposed to be a style thing. Other than that, great stay! We parked across the street for a much cheaper price.

From the outside this hotel appears quite fancy, but inside the rooms are not quite up to par for the cost and the location has few close restaurants. The 'free internet' requires a special log-in and other complementary services are not all that welcoming as staff members "ready you for bed" by pulling back your covers, closing the blinds, and turning on a lamp when you leave your room in the evening. This was not necessary and rather invasive of privacy. The morning beverage was appreciated, but could have been more appropriately sized as a cup of tea or coffee came in a 4-cup pitcher while soda or juice was in a 10 oz serving. Technology was also outdated in the rooms with older style TV's and appliances. The trolleys and boats also make quite a bit of noise for most of the night, and with the pool/hot tub closing at 10pm it forced us to go out or go to bed early. Weight facilities were sufficient for a morning workout, but if you were not up by 9am the cleaning staff would constantly return (every half hour) until you no longer respond to being in the room (even though you are staying for multiple days).
