For all these people that give Circa a bad review get over your selves. Most of the hotels in south beach are older which means smaller and a little run down. For the price its great. The beach is right there and your just an $8 cab ride from the action! Which means its quite at night! The staff was great with me and I got everything I asked for. My plane was 7hrs late and I didnt check in til 1am and they were so helpfull. I will stay there again without a doubt.

a very seedy place. the rooms are poorly rehabbed and it's basically and old hotel haphazardly maintained. I asked the manager to take care of problems and she literally laughed at me. NEVER AGIAN! avoid circa 39.

I would never stay here - We walked in, went to our room, immediately left looking for a decent hotel, found one and checked out. Summary: nice staff, terrible facility, bad location

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay at Circa39. The room was small and cozy. The staff were very helpful in giving us information about the sites. It's not close to downtown but it's far enough to to have peace and quiet in your room. I would definitely recommend Circa 39.
