    Worst customer service ever. My husband and I were there for a "daycation"- BIG mistake. The maid walked into our room while we were sleeping (even though the Do Not disturb sign was on the door), hostess was a no-show at the hotel restaurant (we finally had to get a bartender to seat us), dinner service was slow and expensive for mediocre food. I scheduled spa services and was told to go the the third floor. When I arrived, every office and service on the floor was locked and no one was around. After 20 minutes, I finally caught an "executive" waking from one office to another and confirmed my appointment. So, I waited in a deserted hallway until someone showed up. The hotel facilities are nice but without customer service, it doesn't matter.

    Although we live nearby, we come to the westin because it makes us ieel as if we are on vacation! close to everything, i highly recommend this hotel.

    I've been pleased with other westin hotels in the past, but this stay was disappointing. the rooms were smaller than i expected, the beds were not the "heavenly" beds ...

    I've been pleased with other Westin hotels in the past, but this stay was disappointing. The rooms were smaller than I expected, the beds were not the "heavenly" beds I've seen at other hotels, and there were stains on the carpet which grossed me out and I'm not a clean freak. Also, I called ahead to ask for a baby crib, but were told we had to request one at the desk upon arrival. So, we asked at the desk and they said they would send it right up. An hour later, we called to ask again about the crib, and they aplogized and said it would be sent up immediately. But, still we waited. In total, it took over 2 1/2 hours to get a crib in the evening for our 1 year old. All in all, it wasn't as nice as I thought it would be.

    Clean room. Beautiful view. Everything was in walking distance. The Westin is starting to impress me with it's consistently above average service. And I'm not one to stick with brands because I've been burned plenty of times. (Every hotel in every city is different.) I'll stay at two star to five star...but these guys do a good job almost everytime. Parking is not cheap. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Love the bed and bedding.

    This hotel was extremely nice and in a great location. Very convenient to get to everything downtown especially since the tram goes right through the hotel. The rooms are updated and comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The only negative I found on this stay was that the hotel charged $* per day for parking, and that is the self-park. Unless you are going to detail my car along with that then that is absurd. Otherwise wonderful.
