Excellent Location BUT

They gave me a handicapped room - I am not handicapped. I was so tired I did not go downstairs to complain. It had a desk chair but no real chair and I planned to stay until checkout when my friends could pick me up, so I had to read sitting at the desk or on the bed. The room itself was brown and white, very boring decor but clean. On the positive side, I ordered room service breakfast and it was fabulous, great. But the breakfast did not make me like the room.

11/28/2012My experience at the radisson hotel phoenix airport was very pleasant the staff couldn't have been more helpfull, i would certainly recomend this hotel if you are visiting phoenix.
