  The room was clean and beautiful - the bathroom wonderfully updated. The view of the lake spectacular and the location was super terrific near everything a visitor could want. Oh, and did I mention sunrise over the lake.....Room number was 1313.

  It was our 20th Anniversary - finally after 20 years we went back to where we met! I could not have been more pleased with the hotel. The manager upgraded us to a beautiful corner room which was beautiful and very roomy. The staff was outstanding, very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to everything and in our old neighborhood (the Gold Coast) which I love. Thank you so much for making our 20th Anniversary such a memorable one!

  The room was wonderful and the staff very friendly. the only thing that annoyed me was parking, which is an extra 55 bucks per night and you have no access ...

  The room was wonderful and the staff very friendly. The only thing that annoyed me was parking, which is an extra 55 bucks per night and you have no access to your car. Also, it took about 20 min to get the car when I was ready to leave.
