From the minute you approach the hotel you realize you made the right choice. The location is unbeatable. The view is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and helpful . The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. I will not stay in any other place when I visit Miami.

Very clean and nice, however the jacuzzy is way too close to the restaurant. The only vending machine never worked. Lobby very plain. Rooms are great. Parking prices......what can we say.Overall experience more like a hotel for locals.

We tried to stay at a 4 star hotel to see if it was worth it. They gave us what they call a ""superior"" which is a tiny room with king bed with no bacony, fed parking meter every 3 hours to save $25 a day valet fee, carpet dirty leading into room, good bed with huge flat TV which was too big for the room. So overall we felt we paid way too much for a below average small room.
