This was a very comfortable, spacious hotel that had all of the bells and whistles. The hotel itself had a lot of character and had a large balcony connected to a conference room that was available for guests to watch all of the Mardi Gras parades passing by. Having said that, if you want a quiet place during Mardi Gras (but who does?) than this is probably not it! The rooms were cozy and clean and the service was great. All in all, a fabulous experience.

We arrived at the Hotel and were instantly greeted by the valet, which were standing in the street and waving you where you needed to be- which was great because we had no idea where we needed to park! They took complete care of us. The hotel is nice, front desk was nice. Our iron was broken in the room, I called room service to ask for another iron, and within 5 minutes was delivered a brand new iron. Room service was great, and very prompt. The only negative I can say about the hotel, is that they had the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. If you like extra firm mattresses then this place will be perfect for you. My husband and I were thankful we brought ** along with us because our backs were killing us. Other than that we had a great time!
