The hotel was gorgeous and easily one of the best I've ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I arrived 2 hours prior to check in and my room was ready. I didn't even have to wait. The location is extremely convenient as it is a block and a half from the Port Authority. You can't beat this location as Times Square is around the corner. I will only be staying at the Westin when I'm in town.

From the bell hop, to the front desk, to the room attendants, this hotel is First Class all the way. The room attendant even noticed (by the greeting card on the night stand) that we were celebrating our anniversary and left a chilled bottle of champaign with two glasses!

I travel to NYC with my family frequently and we always stay at the Westin. With Shula's Steakhouse right in the hotel, it makes it easy to have a quick dinner if needed. We've spent countless nights at the hotel bar our bartender even let us bring sushi into eat! The rooms at this place are great, and you've got a great view of the Hudson from certain rooms. Enjoy the Westins, it's only on block from Hell's Kitchen as well!
