After a nice stay at the hotel we moved on down the road to Florida for the rest of our vacation. A wonderful week went by and we headed home to Texas. Once home we could not find our car keys. After searching all our bags I called the hotel to find out our keys were with the valet! I had an extra fab in my purse which made it possible to continue to drive the car but our house keys and fab were on that key ring. I called the hotel and they paid to ship my keys to me in Texas and I received them 2 days later! I know it's not much but I appreciate the fast turn around and I didn't even pay for the shipping!

Hotel accomodations and staff were great.
07/12/2012The bed was very comfortable and the hotel accomodations were great. the lobby was nicely decorated and located in the heart of the french quarters.

Decor is elegant and hints of the glamourous times of the past. I doubt you would find a room that included a modern spa. The staff is exceptional, very courteous and helpful. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool on the roof with a view of part of the city. Of course, the Carousel Bar is another favorite at the Monteleone Hotel.
