This hotel is nice enough, although not really up to the Conrad brand especially when compared to their international properties. The location is good, steps away from N Michigan Ave. The room had nice electronics, tv and stereo although they were wired in such a way that there was an annoying echo in the audio. They also lacked the more basic coffee/tea facilities in the rooms.

My adult daughter, 2 granddaughters and I spent two nights here in May,2010. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a great location for seeing the sights. Many attractions are within walking distance or a short bus ride. The hotel excelled in the amenity department including luxurious towels and bedding and even a menu for selecting special pillows provided at no cost. The only drawback was that there were only double-size beds in the room. Too small for two people--especially if one is a kicker! They did provide us with a roll-away bed, however. We also had to request a coffeemaker but it was promptly provided. It was a great bargain,too. By paying at the time of booking, we got the rooms for half-price. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to Michigan Ave, the Pier and next to Nordstroms and a Mall. Good size rooms with very nice amenities. The only issue -for me- is that you must take two elecvators to get to your room. Nevertheless i will stay there on my next trip to Chicago.
