The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful except for one manager that refused to waive an $18 transportation fee for a two-mile trip. The room was very far away even from the lobby/restaurant area and the cart service offered sometime took a long time or didn't show up at all. The room was quiet until someone checked into an adjacent room then you could hear your neighbors. Would not recommend unless you have your own transportation.

Depending on what are where you want to visit. I would recommend this hotel if you want to spend the majority of your time at Sea World and their attractions. We did the Discovery Cove which was the highlight of our trip. I would not recommendthis hotel if you are wanting to spend your time at Disney... stay on a Disney property. It is a large property so stay near the main lobby, if not you have to take a shuttle/golf cart to your room everytime you come and go.

Great place away from the craziness of Disney. Rooms were huge. Easy access with shuttles to the theme parks, which ran on time. The only downfall was the restaurant was outside with very limited menu. Some nights were cool and after 5 days we were ready for something else. The little store was a great find for food for the room and take out items.

I booked this room for a six night stay for myself, my wfe and 3 girls (ages 8, 10 and12) in a two bedroom suite. I was not really sure what I was getting into but the pictures of the hotel were fabulous. We did have to wait 45 minutes to get our room. And I was annoyed that we seemed to have been forgotten while we sat in the lobby but once I went back to the front desk they found a room for us. From then on the stay at the hotel was wonderful. The kids loved the pools and the fact that they could swim until 11pm. This is a family hotel - a lot of kids. We also got a renovated room which was fabulous. I would definitely go back there again. And finally kudos to Catalina at the front desk - she was helpful and friendly whenever we apporached her to request something.

Lots of activities for families. Our room was real nice and clean. Lots of emenities like a washer and dryer no charge was real nice. Two large pools and Jacuzzi, pool table, Pingpong Table, Movie set-up by one of the pools on certain nights. Hula-Hoop contest for the kids. Movie theater room to rent with 25 seats. You can walk to Sea World. They have a nice store/ Deli on premises also a restauraunt but way to exspensive for a family on a modest income. The hardest thing for us was the noise facter We could hear the room next door and the people outside we could also smell their breakfast each morning like it was being cooked in our room.
