The hotel is smaller compared with many hotels in downtown, but it does not reduce the space for its guests inside. I stayed in a corner room which has a nice view of the city, with tall ceiling, and the entry door to the room are tall. The bathroom is clean and spacious, and my cleaning lady arranged all my personal hygiene stuff after each cleaning (so nice!).

My husband and I stayed at the Pere Marquette for our honeymoon. The staff was gracious and welcoming, and the photos we saw on line accurately depicted the glamor and high end style of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we ourselves can't wait to not only go back to New Orleans, but to the Pere Marquette as well!

My husband and I stayed at the Pere Marquette for our honeymoon in New Orleans. From the minute we arrived, they made us feel welcome, and we had no doubt they would see to our every need. The concierge sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates, and asked us every day if there was anything we needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Big Easy, as they will most certainly make your stay more than enjoyable. We are very much looking forward to going back!
