Overall the hotel was very good. The location was excellent with easy access to speciality shops, beaches and a mall. The exterior elevator was great and provided a great view and the opportuninty to take picture from a high level as we were on the 30th floor. The hotel is a bit dated and need renovation and the common area on the floor was always very warm.

The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were great. Really enjoyed the free shuttle they offer to Waikiki. The gym was small, but the equipment was in good shape. The rooms are a little outdated, but it had all the amenities we needed. My only complaint was the Internet fee and service. It kept logging us out.

This hotel is a shopper's delight. Start with the breakfast buffet at the Prince Restaurant and go , go, go. The hotel is close to many large and small malls. There are restaurants close by, places for souvenirs, and sight seeing. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to Waikiki Beach, and there's more shopping! The shuttle comes by often and takes you back to the hotel. In the afternoon, you can stay a while in your cool and clean spacious room and enjoy the view of the marina, ocean view, and the State Park which is a short walk away. The hotel has a gift shop if you didn't get enough shopping in your day. There is golf offered at the hotel too.

We stayed on the 5th floor out of 31 but it was fine because we had our own personal patio which overlooked the pool and the harbor. Location was perfect right next to the beach all the staff were very kind and welcoming. Overall its a nice hotel.

Prince lists itself as a beachfront hotel. It is not a beachfront but the view are still spectacular!! No balconies at this hotel beware if you are a smoker. The staff was AWESOME! Both checkin and checkout staff.
