I was there last week and I loved it. This hotel is very nice, great location to everything, great ocean views. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They have a great gift shop for gifts and little necessities. I could not resist trying out the spa one day and it was heaven! I highly recommend this hotel and cannot say enough good things. Thank you for helping to make this the best vacation ever!!!!!!

The Hotel property was nice with a decent view but for the money should be expected! No free internet was definitely a shocker as you can get this at a Best Western or Days Inn these days! The activities through the hotel were outrageous and we found the same activities at 75% less doing our own research. One of the upsides was that the hotel was very close to a lot of things and the rooms were very clean, and maid service was good. I do a lot of traveling and know when I am getting a good deal or not!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was very helpful. It was our first time in Oahu and they helped us find all kinds of deals and ways to get around town. Could not beat the view, floor to ceiling window with a view of the harbor (sunsets gorgeous). One of the most comfortable beds of any hotel we have ever stayed at. Dedicated maid to each floor of only 10 rooms. We even had a power failure and the staff came to each room with information on what happened and glow sticks. The Japanese buffet was excellent! We ate breakfast at the lobby deli kiosk and it was inexpensive and delicious. It truly made Hawaii more beautiful and relaxing, just what we were looking for.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The room was spacious with a lovely view of Waikiki Beach. We arrived early after leaving our cruise ship and were allowed to check in early. I would definitely go back to this hotel!
