We had a great stay!
03/28/2013We stayed ath this hotel in dec 12 & had a wonderful vacation! the room/views were tremendous & the staff was very friendly! i would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Prince Waikiki was a great value for the Waikiki area. We got a great deal on our trip here and got instant access to the rest of Waikiki through the free shuttle the hotel offers. Our only qualm was the service, which was slow during check-in; however, this was due to overbooking of rooms and we ended up getting the bed preference we wanted.

For a Honolulu/Waikiki destination this hotel would be hard to beat for the money. The ocean view room we had was spacious and beautiful. It included a refrigerator and windows that could open to give a sense as if we were on a balcony, though still in our room. It is within walking distance of shopping and parks. The staff is friendly and courteous. A great stay!

Hotel was unable to accomodate two double beds rooms, only had king bed rooms. They said our reservation as a 'request' only and not a guarantee. They included a roll-away. I could feel every single spring on that roll-away -- not happy! One night I had to call for washclothes... housekeeping did not leave us any. The other room in my party [we had two rooms] had to call down to housekeeping to make up the room [fresh towels and such] as they made up our room but not theirs [we are on the same floor]. The location was good for us, but there are definitely lapses in therir hospitality.
