The Rirz Carlron coconut Grove is a great hotel. The staff is welcoming and consistently helpful and courteous. The property is well designed and beautifully decorated. The food is good and the lobby bar warm and comfy. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Traveling on business for the week and was sent to the Ritz-Carlton in Coconut Grove the 3 nights. Although I was only there during the evening, I found the staff and hotel to be very friendly. The lobby lounge had a great crowd every evening and they even had a happy hour when I was there. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff overall was superb. I sat in the lobby lounge for dinner and drinks each night and the staff remembered me each night. The GM even came up to me one evening to Thank me for staying at her property. I couldn't believe how friendly and appreciative the staff was. I truly felt welcomed and appreciated at this hotel. I travel to Miami every other month and I'm definitely going to stay at the Ritz next time.

With hotel prices lower than ever, I was able to stay at the Ritz Carlton for the same price as a lower end hotel. I decided to take advantage of the slow economy and try the luxury hotel. As expected, I was more than pleased by the level of service provided by every member of the staff. The rooms were incredible and truly luxurious. The hotel is just outside of downtown Miami which made commuting to my conference downtown easy. The hotel was located within walking distance to numerous restaurants and attractions. A very good area for the afternoon cocktail following the conference. Also, you have to try the restaurant!!!

We drove down to Miami for the weekend for a wedding which was being held at another hotel in Miami. The hotel had a great package that included breakfast, valet and internet at a really great price, so we decided to give the hotel a chance. We found the hotel to be a very quiet, private hotel in Coconut Grove. The location was perfect, as we were 5 minutes from Brickell, and 15 minutes from South Beach. The staff was so great and very kind. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It you are looking for a boutique hotel, with great service and affordable prices than the Ritz is for you.

We stayed here January of 2008 and we are going back in 09 year. The staff anticipates what you might need and before you know it, you've got it. Very accommodating at the pool, in the rooms, in the spa, in the dining room. Amenities like the pool and the public areas are well appointed and clean. Room is wonderful. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants and parks to explore. Easy to drive anywhere from here. I cannot wait to return.
