Stayed here 2 weeks in a row Thursday Thru Sunday. Staff, very helpfull and friendly. Front office very clean and professional. Good breakfast. 2 adults in room, last week we came home with small bites on our legs and wrists. I called the hotel to ask if they had any other calls and he laughed at me. But we're not laughing. Carpet needs replacing, we probably got bit by flee's.

my wife and I are crew members of many cruise lines, when we arrived, the recepcionist was UNPOLITE !! however, a HK gave us the right answers to our questions; the hotel has an smell very strong that never disappear, is very far from the airport ; around $* from there in a cab . rather pay more money for a better service or location. never will happen us again.

Negatives: Upon arrival we were greeted by terrible service. The desk attendant was on the phone the entire time during our check in and never actually said anything directly to us. Once we got to the room, we were greeted by a strong urine smell outside of the door. The toilet got clogged immediately and nearly overflowed, took ages for someone to show up and remedy this. One of the light sockets in the shower was empty and dangling wires. Not very clean at all. The breakfast was very weak and they were skimpy with the towels. Positives: Even though the pool was small, it was fun and still served its purpose. The same neglectful desk attendant was able to give us plenty of help with directions. It was close to the freeway for easy access (but not very close to any of the places we wanted to go ie the beach and the wild animal park). For the price we paid, i expected better. We won't be staying here again. Ever.
