Location is right between the cable cars and a few blocks from the wharf so we could go anywhere we wanted in the city quickly using a three day transit pass. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. I found it quiet as well even though we were near the elevators. I was surprised that the included breakfast was a full breakfast with hot food choices. The food wasn't restaurant quality but had many fresh items so everyone could find something they liked.

Nice, clean, modern rooms. Good breakfast selection, although a bit overcrowded during holiday season after 07:00. Close to everything a tourist might want to see on his 1st time visit. Just be aware of additional (ridiculous) parking cost (45USD/night !!!), so if you have a car (and you probably want to see other areas than downtown), check around the public lots (roughly 20USD/night).

I visited San Fran, Ca and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. I was very close to majority of the things we wanted to see and if not we used the streetcar. I enjoyed their hot breakfast in the mornings. It was very quiet, clean and the bed was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had no complains with this hotel. If I visit San Fran, Ca I will definitely stay here again. It was a very good deal.
