We were very pleased with our stay. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and our room was lovely with a super comfortable king-size bed and sparkling bathroom with very nice toiletries. The free breakfast was quite good with a great variety of items to tempt every appetite--nonfat yogurt was especially nice to find. We were also delighted to find a computer set aside for guests to print airline boarding passes before leaving. The location is terrific with easy access to cable cars, trolleys, buses and the wharf. Yes, we plan to stay here again when we return and have already recommended it to some fellow travelers.

This hotel is a block away from Fisherman's Wharf. It's new inside, very clean, free breakfast (not too bad for a quick buffet style), and a friendly, very helpful staff. It's right around the corner from the Cable Car line too. It's not as convenient to downtown for business as much of the business area will be on the other side of San Francisco. But, cabs are fairly reasonable and if you want to take the cable car, it's close too. If you're there on business or need to get somewhere at a certain time though, make sure you call for a cab. I had issues getting a cab to get to meetings and there are several other hotels nearby and they all had lines waiting for cabs too in the morning. Other than the cab situation (which the staff did their best to help out with), the stay was great!

Right on the Wharf, good price and clean rooms. We didn't need a car, tours and taxi to and from the airport were great and right by the door. Many good sights within walking distance and great food nearby. Only con is finding the place! Went to the desk and had to walk around the block to the right hotel - not a big problem, but be prepared.
