nice stay!!

hotel location is very convenient and close to all downtown attractions and restaurant.the neighborhood was very safe,I walked outside once close to midnight and didn't feel threatened at all,yerevan is very alive city with plenty of people and police outside.front staff are extremely polite and helpful.my original room was overlooking the abovian street which was nice,but there is a dance club close-by and as such couldn't get much sleep the first night,but the next day they quickly changed my room and the second room was very nice and quiet.the only problem was the fact that my original reservation showed breakfast included,but they charged me for breakfast separately..I was told that none of their rooms is with breakfast and I could talk to their reservation department to clarify that,but I had very limited time and decided to just pay for it..by the way,their breakfast is so good..don't miss it...it costs around 17 USD but is well worth it....overall a nice place with very efficient staff...I recommend this place.
