The front desk people were very courteous and helpful. When we checked in we were surprised to find out that our room had been upgraded. We felt that we received a great value for the price. The hotel is in a great location and short walk to Disneyland. There are many nice restuarants in the immediate area.

I love staying at this hotel. I have stayed there multiple times within the last 5 years. Every time I stayed here there was always clean sheets. The room was always clean. The rooms didnt smell like other hotels I have stayed at. The front counter people were always helpful with advice and when I would request something. The parking lot was full but who would have an empty lot across from Disneyland? Laundry room was well stocked and there were a few machines to use. They have elevators and carts to help you move your luggage easily. I would stay here every time I go to Disneyland were it not for the price... but you pay for location.

Very disapointed. We booked the club room because it sounded like an upgraded and larger room. The room is very small and so is the bathroom area. The only upgrade I saw was maybe the beds which were comfortable. When I arrived they advised me of an additional fee of $2.00 as a resort fee - What resort??? Then I was advised that there was a $5.00 a day parking fee - What, you mean I pay for a room but am not allowed to park there without paying for that too. They did waive this fee for me as I showed them my paperwork and it did not advise me of this fee. Then I got to the room and no wireless internet - I swear I saw that there was or I would have never stayed here so now there is an additional fee of $9.95 per day if I want to use the internet. Then I went to make a local call and see on the phone that they will charge me $1.00 for every local call I make as well. We did not get hardly any channels on the TV either - guess I would have to pay extra for that too. I will NEVER stay here again when there are hotels just as close to Disneyland that offer so much more and do not charge you extra for every little thing that you might need.

The location of this hotel is great because it is across the street from the Disneyland/California Adventure main entrance, so I give it an ""A"" for convenience. However, you have to be careful what type of room you book. Some of the rooms have been remodeled, and those rooms are fine (my mother-in-law had a remodeled room). The room I stayed in was not a remodeled room and the handles in the shower were literally falling off and the bed springs squeaked loudly every time I shifted in bed (it woke my infant up repeatedly). I expected more for a room that cost $* per night. Also beware of the hidden fees. Although the listed price was $* per night with the taxes and fees I paid almost $* a night. Oh, and plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. The continental breakfast was awful.
