Every morning promptly at 6:30 AM , my wife and I were awakened by a screaming child next door. I don't blame the child, it was the paper thin walls. No coffe maker in room. No refigerator. No microwave. No Coke products but thy were glad to offer pepsi for $4.00. A $25.00 dollar per day resort fee? What is that? Why wasn't that on the price of the room to start with. Highly recommend that you explore other options before booking here.

We had to be moved twice because of unclean rooms. After first night the room wasn't cleaned until after 3:30PM when I needed to dress for a formal dinner. The room cleaned more timely the rest of stay.

I recommend this hotel , it is very clean bed and room excellent..staff is beyond friendly. We would come back in hotel around 4 and never leave hotel again until next day..restaurants are great also..overall experience 100 percent satisfaction

30th birthday trip. hotel was not as great as I thought it would be, customer service was poor. Got charged for items that we didn't even use. I had personal items taken out of my room and when I told the hotel they didn't care. Only good thing was the hotel was in las vegas. Won't go back again

We were very disappointed in The Mandalay Bay. I called the hotel 5 days before e arrived to let them know our plane does not arrive until 8:30pm do we wouldn't be checking in until around 9:00. I stated to them to make sure we have a long size bed, refrigerator in room needed for my diabetes medicine. We arrived they said they have no rooms left w/king just 2 double beds. So that's what we got. There was no refrig in room had to call for that. Then hair dryer did not work.. Just very unhappy with the quality..will never stay there or recommend it. Very very loud while in room
