  The only problem we had was that we took our Grandkids with us and their main interest at the Hotel was the pool , evidently they had some trouble with the pool and it was closed Sunday and they didn't open it until 10.00 AM Monday morning . the kids were very dissapointed .

  This hotel was perfect for us. Price was right, staff was warm and friendly, close to Michigan Ave. and Water Tower Place, free breakfast with plenty to choose from, and free cocktails from 5:30-7:30 each evening. Not a lot of activity Sunday - Wednesday in January which made it even nicer. Having a bedroom and separate living room made it very comfortable. Had food delivered from area restaurants so didn't have to go out in the cold at night.

  Overall very impressed. however, the cleaning staff mistakenly took my personal wine glasses. i was able to retrieve them without much hassle after contacting the front desk.
