  I would recommend this hotel because it is clean, has friendly staff, and an excellenct breakfast. Close to parking, magnificent mile, transit, and many restaurants. Although it was noisy at times, I would stay there again.

  The staff was always courteous and attentive. Everytime I asked for something, they responded with a yes ma'am and a smile. Parking really stinks, but that's Chicago. Hot breakfast with sausage, omelettes, etc. Another perk, Pizzeria Uno is two blocks away. Best pizza ever! And the original Chicago Deep Dish Pizza place.
